Wifi Extender

Any modem or router we use to receive the wifi signal has a specific range only. If we need access to the wifi signal beyond this range, whether it is horizontally (a big house or office on the same floor) or vertically (a floor up or down) from where the modem is located, buying a wifi extender makes sense. Without having to get another wifi connection, the extender will give wifi access at a distant location too. However, there are limitations, so check for its efficacy in your case.The wifi signal needs to be strong, and there should not be frequent power cuts (in which case connecting the modem and the extender to the UPS helps).
