Kulfi Falooda

One of the favourite Indian desserts in Summers, Kulfi is made by boiling milk till it reaches a thick creamy consistency. It is then cooked once sugar is added. Green cardamoms, saffron and Kewra are the keys to the excellent aroma. It is frozen and often served with attractive and tasty falooda which is dipped in sugar syrup and flavoured colours.
