An extremely popular Indian dessert, Gulab Jamun makes it way to almost all celebrations and restaurant menus. Small spheres of dough(made with milk solids and crushed cardamom for flavour) are deep-fried and then, the light/dark brown balls are tossed into hot thick sugar syrup (flavoured with rose water). The soft and juicy Gulab Jamuns are so tasty and they melt in the mouth.
My all time favorite dessert!
