This signature dish of Kashmir is a meat dish with rich curry and flavours. Made with red meat, normally lamb or goat, the spices include cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves and Kashmiri Mirch (chillies) whereas, the curry is made of ginger, garlic, tomatoes and onions. It is one of the most popular mutton dishes in India.
