One of the most popular non-veg North Indian dishes, Murg Makhani, also known as Butter chicken is found in most Indian menus all over the world. The gravy is made with ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes and exotic spices (including garam masala and Kasuri methi). Chicken pieces (could be boneless or not, as per choice) are marinated in the same marinade used for tandoori chicken and cooked till tender and well done. The pieces are mixed in the delicious gravy prepared and generous amounts of butter and cream are made to make it a perfect blend of spicy, sweet and tangy with a flavour to die for! Served hot with Roti/Naan or steamed rice.
