Pani puri, Pucchka, Gol Gappa - a mouthwatering dish which is spicy, tangy and slightly sweet - makes you cry with chillies but makes you hungry for more ! Round hollow spheres (Gol Gappas) are made of fried dough and filled with yummy potatoes/onion/chickpeas and finger-licking tasty water flavoured with coriander, imli and jeera powder.
